These Terms govern your use of Continental Room Scale Studio at conntfurn.shop, operated by CONTINENTAL FURNITURE IMPORTS LIMITED. By using the site you agree to these Terms.

The service

Continental Room Scale Studio is a digital tool that generates furniture scale boards, clearance notes and shortlists of ordinary accent furniture from the inputs you provide. The service is for planning and inspiration only.

What the service is not

  • It does not provide customs brokerage, import handling or import guarantees.
  • It does not provide antique valuation or authentication.
  • It does not provide structural, load-bearing or safety advice.
  • It does not provide furniture fitting or guaranteed outcomes.

Measurements and suggestions are estimates. You are responsible for checking your own space and the specifications of any furniture before purchase.

Accounts, credits and subscriptions

Some features use credits or a subscription. Each scale board consumes one credit, and subscriptions include unlimited boards for the paid period. Online payment is not yet connected; see the Pricing page, where checkout is shown as payment provider pending.

Acceptable use

  • Use the service lawfully and only for genuine planning purposes.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, copy or resell the service.
  • Do not upload unlawful or infringing content.

Intellectual property

The site, its design and its imagery belong to CONTINENTAL FURNITURE IMPORTS LIMITED or its licensors. Boards you generate are for your personal planning use.

Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of a scale board, including furniture that does not fit. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
